Adopt a penguin. Chainlink picks which.
Every adoption is a random draw from the flock — you meet your penguin about 20 seconds later. 10% of what you pay goes to penguin conservation.
- You need a wallet with a little ETH on Base — MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet or Rabby.
- Adopt up to 10 at a time. The price steps up every 2,000 adoptions.
- A collectible, not an investment: no revenue share, no promised returns.

Questions
How does the random draw work?
When you adopt, the contract asks Chainlink VRF for a random number. About 20 seconds later Chainlink answers with the number and a proof the contract checks, and uses it to pick your penguin from everyone still waiting for a home. We can't pick which penguin you get.
How do I get ETH on Base?
Most big exchanges can withdraw ETH straight to Base — choose Base as the network when you withdraw to your wallet. You can also bridge ETH from Ethereum. The first 2,000 adoptions cost 0.001 ETH each.
Where do I see my penguins?
In your wallet and on OpenSea, where the Lunar Flock collection lives. Resales there carry a 5% creator fee, and 10% of that goes to the penguins too.
What if Chainlink never answers?
That is rare, but if an adoption is still waiting after 48 hours, anyone can cancel it and your ETH comes back to you as a refund you can claim from the contract.
Is this an investment?
No. A penguin gets you the penguin, the free game and a vote on donations — not a share of income, and no promise of returns.
