Penguin games you can play free in your browser

Two penguin games from Lunar Flock, made for a quick break: a 3-minute penguin battle and a one-button flight to the Moon. Both run on a phone or a computer, with nothing to download and no sign-up.

The games

Penguin Clash: two penguins face off under the moon

Penguin Clash

A penguin MOBA in three minutes. Pick 1v1, 3v3 or 5v5, tap to move, tap an enemy to focus it and fire your penguin's power. Destroy the other team's Moon Beacon, or have the healthier beacon when time runs out. In the last minute the moon rises and beacons take double damage, so a losing team can still turn it around.

Every penguin fights by what it wears: its outfit is its role (tank, mage, support and seven more) and its hat is its power. Play online against real players, practise against bots, or open a private room for your friends.

Fly to the Moon: a penguin rides a rocket towards the moon

Fly to the Moon

A one-button flying penguin game. Your penguin's pod climbs by itself and drifts sideways; tap, click or press Space to flip the drift. Weave past seagulls and storm clouds, planes and balloons, satellites, space junk and asteroids, and catch fish for a burst of speed.

Pick any of the 10,000 penguins and see how far it gets. The Moon is 384,400 km up.

Questions

Are these penguin games free?

Yes. Both games are free to play, with no fee, no ads and no in-game purchases. Lunar Flock's penguins are also a collection you can adopt, but you never need one to play.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Both games run in your web browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. You can also add Penguin Clash to your home screen like an app.

Can I play with friends?

Yes, in Penguin Clash. Play 1v1, 3v3 or 5v5 online against other players, or tap "Play with friends" to open a private room and send your friends its link. Fly to the Moon is single-player, but Share sends a friend your penguin so they can try to beat your distance.

Do they work on phones?

Yes. Both games are made for touch screens as well as for a mouse and keyboard.

Do I need a crypto wallet or an NFT?

No. Anyone can play both games without a wallet. The penguins are also Lunar Flock, a collection of 10,000 hand-drawn penguin NFTs on Base: owners can sign in to play their own penguin in Penguin Clash, but owning one never makes it stronger.

Why penguins?

Lunar Flock has 10,000 hand-drawn penguins, about one for every breeding pair of African penguins left in the wild. 10% of Lunar Flock's income from adoptions, gear and resale royalties goes to penguin conservation through an on-chain split. See the Penguin Fund
